Referral Rewards Promotion

Terms & Conditions

The full terms governing the Ironbark Lending Referral Rewards Promotion. Two prize draws (one for partner referrers, one for client referrers), each with a $5,000 gift card prize. The promotion runs from 13 May 2026 to 30 June 2026.

In short

Two separate prize draws — one for professional partner referrers, one for client referrers. Each draw has its own $5,000 gift card prize.

Refer a friend, family member, or client to Ironbark Lending during the promotion period and you'll earn one entry into the relevant draw for every eligible introduction.

Each entrant can only participate in one draw — whichever form they first use locks them into either the Partner Draw or the Client Draw.

The draws happen on 1 July 2026. Each entry needs a real person who's agreed to be contacted, with valid contact details, and a genuine finance enquiry.

The prize draws are open to residents of QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, SA and TAS. Residents of the ACT and NT can still refer, but aren't eligible for the prize draws.

1.Promoter

The promoter is Cornerstone Financial Group Pty Ltd ABN 92 099 426 507 trading as Invest Blue Lending, Mason Finance and Ironbark Advice ("Ironbark Lending"), authorised under LMG Broker Services Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 517192.

2.Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 13 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3.Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia or Tasmania.

Residents of the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory are not eligible to participate in the prize draws due to state-based trade promotion permit requirements in those jurisdictions (see Clause 12). Referrals from residents of those territories may still be submitted and contacted by Ironbark Lending, but will not be entered into either draw.

This promotion is run as two separate prize draws:

  • The Partner Referrer Draw — for external professional partners (e.g. real estate agents, accountants, financial planners, solicitors and other referral partners) who introduce a prospective client to Ironbark Lending.
  • The Client Referrer Draw — for existing or past clients of Ironbark Lending, or members of the general public, who introduce a friend, family member or contact to Ironbark Lending.

Each entrant may participate in only one of the two draws. The first form an entrant submits during the Promotion Period determines which draw they are entered into (the Partner Referrer Draw if submitted via the Partner Referral page, or the Client Referrer Draw if submitted via the Client Referral page). Any subsequent submissions by the same entrant — identified by name, email address or mobile number — will be placed into the same draw as their first submission, regardless of which form they use.

Entrants cannot transfer entries between draws and cannot win more than one prize. If an entrant attempts to enter both draws, only entries in the draw they first joined will be counted; entries in the other draw will be disregarded.

Each draw is conducted separately and has its own prize.

Employees, contractors, authorised representatives, credit representatives and immediate family members of the Promoter and its associated entities ("Internal Persons") are not eligible to participate in the promotion and must not submit referrals through the campaign referral forms. Internal Persons referring prospective clients to Ironbark Lending must use the standard internal referral process.

The prize draws are reserved exclusively for external referrers — professional partners and clients of Ironbark Lending. Any submission identified as originating from an Internal Person will be removed from the draw pool and may be referred for separate review under internal policy.

4.How to Enter

To enter the promotion, an entrant must submit an eligible introduction to Ironbark Lending during the Promotion Period via the official campaign webform.

An "Eligible Introduction" is a person who:

  • has consented to being contacted by Ironbark Lending;
  • provides valid contact details (full name and Australian mobile number, plus email where available);
  • is not already an active client of Ironbark Lending, and is not already recorded as an active opportunity or lead in Ironbark Lending's CRM system at the time of qualification; and
  • has a genuine lending or finance enquiry.

The Promoter will assess eligibility at the point of qualification (which may occur after the entrant submits the form). An entry is only confirmed once the introduction has been verified as an Eligible Introduction.

The Promoter will only contact an entrant if their referral is not accepted as an Eligible Introduction. Where a referral is accepted, the entry is automatically added to the relevant prize draw and no further notification is required. Entrants will not receive an individual confirmation that their entry has been accepted.

All eligibility decisions (whether a referral is accepted or rejected) will be recorded in Ironbark Lending's referral register and retained for the duration of the promotion plus seven (7) years.

Each Eligible Introduction receives one (1) entry into the draw the entrant is locked into (see Clause 3).

There is no limit to the number of Eligible Introductions an entrant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided all entries fall within their designated draw.

5.Important Conditions

Entrants acknowledge and agree that:

  • they are not authorised representatives or credit representatives of Ironbark Lending;
  • they must not provide credit assistance, financial advice, or represent themselves as acting on behalf of Ironbark Lending; and
  • participation in this promotion does not create any employment, agency or referral partnership relationship with Ironbark Lending.

Entries must not contain false, misleading or incomplete information.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not compliant with these Terms & Conditions.

Without limiting the above, the Promoter may disqualify entries at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects that:

  • the entrant has submitted bulk, duplicate, automated, fabricated, or otherwise non-genuine referrals;
  • the referred person did not consent to the referral or to being contacted by Ironbark Lending;
  • the entrant did not disclose to the referred person that they may receive a prize draw entry as a result of the referral;
  • the referral relates to a person who is already an active client or recorded opportunity of Ironbark Lending;
  • the entrant or any referral does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or with applicable law (including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009); or
  • the entrant has engaged in conduct that the Promoter considers inappropriate, misleading, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The Promoter may also remove an entrant from the promotion and require return of any prize awarded if disqualification grounds are identified after the draw. The Promoter is not required to give reasons for any disqualification decision.

6.Prizes

There are two (2) separate prizes available, one for each draw:

  • Partner Referrer Draw Prize: Visa or Mastercard gift cards with a total combined value of AUD $5,000.
  • Client Referrer Draw Prize: Visa or Mastercard gift cards with a total combined value of AUD $5,000.

Each draw has its own discrete prize pool valued at AUD $5,000. The draws are conducted independently and an entrant can only win the draw matching the form they used to enter.

The specific gift card provider, denominations, format and number of physical or electronic cards comprising each prize will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Each prize may be issued as multiple cards rather than a single card.

Neither prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Use of the gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the card issuer, including expiry dates and merchant restrictions.

Each winner is solely responsible for any taxation implications arising from accepting the prize and should seek independent tax advice. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax obligations of the winners.

7.Draw Details

Both draws will take place at:

  • Level 1, 61–63 Primary School Ct, Maroochydore QLD 4558
  • on 1 July 2026
  • at 12:00pm AEST.

The Partner Referrer Draw and Client Referrer Draw will be conducted separately and consecutively. One (1) winner will be selected at random from each pool of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8.Winner Notification & Publicity

Each winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) business days of the draw.

By accepting their prize, each winner consents to Ironbark Lending publishing their first name and suburb on its website and/or social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.

9.Unclaimed Prize

If either prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months from the original draw date, a redraw for that prize may occur no later than 1 October 2026 at Level 1, 61–63 Primary School Ct, Maroochydore QLD 4558.

10.Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Ironbark Lending collecting, holding and using personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting entrants regarding lending services.

Entrants confirm they have obtained consent from any person whose personal information they submit as part of an Eligible Introduction.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ironbark Lending's Privacy Policy, available at www.ironbarkfg.com.au/privacy-policy.

11.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • lost, late or misdirected entries;
  • technical disruptions or website outages;
  • unauthorised access to entries; or
  • any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize.

Entrants should seek independent financial advice regarding any taxation implications.

12.State-Based Trade Promotion Compliance

This promotion is a game of chance conducted as a Category 4 promotional game under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld). No permit is required in Queensland for trade promotions that are free to enter and conducted to promote goods or services.

The promotion is structured as two separate prize draws, each with its own discrete prize pool of AUD $5,000:

  • New South Wales — No trade promotion authority is required as each draw prize is valued at $5,000 (NSW threshold is "exceeds $10,000").
  • South Australia — Each draw is conducted as a separate trade promotion with a prize pool of $5,000, which is at (not exceeding) the SA Trade Promotion Lottery Licence threshold of $5,000.
  • Australian Capital Territory — Excluded from the prize draws because each $5,000 prize exceeds the ACT permit threshold of $3,000 (see Clause 3).
  • Northern Territory — Excluded from the prize draws because each $5,000 prize meets the NT permit threshold of "$5,000 or more" (see Clause 3).
  • Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania — No permit required for trade promotions in these jurisdictions, subject to general trade promotion conditions.

The promotion complies with applicable requirements in each participating jurisdiction, including (where relevant) the Australian Consumer Law and state-based trade promotion legislation. Records of the promotion will be retained for at least five (5) years following the draw date.

13.General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
